The short version: Claro is licensed through Apple's App Store for personal educational use. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for your use of the app, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
Agreement and eligibility
Claro Learn AI (“Claro”) is provided by Macromin Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“Macromin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Claro, you agree to Apple's Standard EULA, these supplemental Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
If you are not legally able to accept these Terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
What Claro provides
Claro provides guided lessons, quizzes, bookmarks, progress tracking, streaks, and optional local reminders for learning practical AI coding workflows. The app is an educational aid, not a certification program or a substitute for official documentation, professional training, or professional advice.
The current release does not require an account and does not provide Macromin-hosted cloud backup or synchronization.
Local progress and reminders
Learning progress, saved lessons, XP, streak information, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any Apple-controlled device backup you choose to use. Macromin cannot recover local progress from a server.
On iOS, an optional daily reminder uses Apple's local notification system. Delivery depends on your device settings, notification permission, Focus modes, and Apple platform behavior; a reminder at an exact time is not guaranteed.
Educational content
AI products, developer tools, interfaces, limits, prices, and documentation change frequently. Claro aims to provide useful learning material but does not guarantee that every lesson, command, link, price reference, or product description is always complete, current, or error-free.
Check the linked official documentation before relying on a command, product capability, security setting, policy, or price. Review generated code and tool actions before using them in a real project.
Purchases
This release has no StoreKit integration and does not offer a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Claro does not collect or process payment-card information.
If a future release introduces paid features, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and purchase controls will be shown through Apple before purchase, and these Terms will be updated where needed.
External services and trademarks
Claro links to documentation and websites operated by Anthropic, Apple, GitHub, and other third parties. External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Macromin does not control their content, accuracy, security, pricing, availability, or changes.
Claro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude, Claude Code, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not use Claro unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; misrepresent the app or its content; violate third-party rights; or copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law, Apple's Standard EULA, or an applicable open-source license expressly permits it.
Ownership
Macromin and its licensors retain their rights in Claro, its software, design, branding, and original educational materials. The license granted through the App Store permits use under Apple's Standard EULA and does not transfer ownership.
Third-party documentation, product names, marks, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Macromin may update, correct, restrict, or discontinue Claro or individual lessons for product, security, legal, compatibility, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every Apple device or operating system version, or continued availability of third-party links.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claro is provided “as is” and “as available.” Macromin does not guarantee learning outcomes, employment results, certification, uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy or suitability of educational or third-party information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macromin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of Claro, reliance on its educational content, loss of locally stored progress, or use of third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using Claro at any time. Removing the app can remove locally stored information, subject to Apple-controlled backup, migration, or restoration behavior. Your rights under these Terms end if you materially violate them.
Governing law
These supplemental Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Telangana having jurisdiction, except where Apple's Standard EULA or mandatory consumer law provides another governing law, forum, or protection.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when Claro, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when we make changes.
